Shipping and Delivery
Hannah Lauren Riley ships internationally, to most countries. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email upon ordering.
Domestic (Australia Only)
We offer FREE Domestic (Australia Only) standard shipping on all orders - please note that this is not tracked. Tracked Express Domestic (Australia Only) shipping is available at the buyer's expense. Postage is calculated at checkout. Shipping times vary between standard and express post. All domestic orders are sent via Australia Post.
International
International tracked standard shipping is available at the buyer's expense. Shipping times vary between standard and express post. International orders are sent either via Australia Post or DHL, depending on the country.
International shipments may incur customs and import taxes. Hannah Lauren Riley does not take responsibility for these costs if they occur. These fees vary country and country and we are not able to control the amount. Before placing an international order, please enquire with your local customs office to find out if charges may occur to your shipping destination.

All orders are sent out securely with sufficient packaging to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Hannah Lauren Riley is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment provider to file a claim.
Returns and Exchanges
General Return Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as an image of your purchased product. Please email us at hannah@hannahlaurenriley.com including the following details:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Earrings Return Policy
For hygiene reasons, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for pierced earring styles. Imagery and sizing are provided in our product descriptions and we recommend looking over these to avoid disappointment. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes on earrings unless deemed faulty. Please see our faulty policy below.
Faulty Items
All Hannah Lauren Riley products are handmade with immense care and love and quality-checked thoroughly. However, there may be a rare fault or issue. If you have received a faulty product, we will gladly offer a replacement if the product was purchased within 6 months. To notify us of the fault, please contact us at hannah@hannahlaurenriley.com and include the below information:

Please note that wear and tear during the course of normal use is not considered a fault. Hannah Lauren Riley jewellery is delicate and should be handled carefully as explained in our product care description.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items may be exchanged only or given a credit note.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange full-priced products, excluding earrings. Due to hygiene reasons, we will only replace earrings if they are defective or damaged.

Upon receiving your return, we will contact you to provide information on what item/s you would like to exchange for and further instructions. If you are worried an item you would like to exchange for may be out of stock by the time you return your order, please create a new order online to avoid any disappointment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Packaging Information
Our Thank You Cards are made from 100% post-consumer recycled paper, are printed using vegetable-based dyes and are carbon-neutral. Supplier: Sustainable Printing Co.
Our Stickers are printed on Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified paper using vegetable-based dyed. Supplier: Sustainable Printing Co.
Postal Packaging Information
All orders are shipped using home-compostable shipping mailers from HeroPack. They are made from 70-80% PBAT (a co-polymer that is completely compostable and 20-30% PLA (cornstarch). Supplier: HeroPack
Compostable and naturally adhesive tape is used. It is a vegan product made from PLA (polylactic acid) and natural rubber adhesive and meets the requirements for disintegration and ecotoxicity. Supplier: HeroPack
Product Care
The Bespoke Recycled PET Hand Sequin Earrings are best cleaned with a dry cloth such as a microfibre cloth used to clean sunglasses. These sequins are not suitable for chemical cleaning, machine washing or steaming. These earrings are delicate and should be handled carefully.
